Hey brotherhood. I was out for a month or two with a serious injury. Prior to that and now since early August I was/have been doing 40 minutes of length work with the length master[Bundled stretches]. After each length session, I always wrap with Uncle Jim’s wrap. Before my injury I was almost doing 2 years with the length master no girth work. Any ideas if I should continue doing 40 minutes of length work only and just increase the time to 60 minutes, or should incorporate girth work later on during the day???? I try to do length everyday and was told that it is better to focus on either length or girth instead of doing them both at the same time. Started out before lengthmaster at 6.7 inchBPEL and now currently at 7.7-7.8 inch BPEL. Girth on the other hand is around 5inch around at the base with mid shaft girth around 4.5inch. My injury had came from using the sili stretcher with my gland skin being ripped. I had another MOS account prior but forgot the password to it.

Trying to break my plateau as I feel I have been stretching as hard as I can with the exercises I already know with the lengthmaster.
I know the Beginners routine stretch, Downward Stretch, DLD Blasters, and BTC stretch. I have done expressive stretches as well in the past.
 
Sixty minutes would be awesome! Especially using the lengthmaster. What are you after more length or girth or both?

Since you have recen injury, make sure the injuries are fully healed before moving on. I saw the injury type in the later part of the post, and I'll discuss about it later.

But at this point, as @DLD pointed out, gradually move up to 60 minutes is a nice middle point in the journey after 6 months of your entire journey. Again, make sure the injury fully heals before you move forward. Once you restart from the injury, start fresh from the newbie routines to ease back in. Don't rush.

Chasing after length, girth, or both is based on a preference. Its true that length should be chased after first, since length is much harder to gain than girth. But for freaks like me that like proper golden ratio, I like to maintain close to the 1.3 length to 1 girth. You are currently at 1.73 to 1. Ladies tend to use the critical term "pencil dick" because the ratio is not appealing. I hate that term since is a skewed perspective, but the moment their cervixes get nailed and they are bottomed out, they sound (literally) differently after reaching their orgasms. But there's a reason why 1.3:1 ratio is chased after is because of the girth expands their vaginal wall to the limit, while the length pushes the stimulation along the vaginal wall to the max per penetration stroke.

This has been discussed various times. I was one of the victims because I was experimenting the upper limit of the SiliStretcher. Sounds like you added too many twists to create good pressure, and suddenly pull on the vacuum cup from an activity, like bending down or pulling the strap too hard while the vacuum cup under intense pressure. Remember, each full twist is recorded anywhere between -5inHg to -7inHg, depending on how well the seal was made during the vacuum placement.

When you have 2 full twists, or even 2.5 twists, and you accidentally pull on the strap because you bent over to do something, that -10inHg to -14inHg suddenly surged up past -15inHg or -20inHg. Your moist glans's skin was not designed to be under such high pressure. My glans got 2 large and 1 small blood blister, and the one time where the younger skin splitted and ripped around -10inHg because I was doing heavy activities in the field. Lesson learned. I would wrap myself along the waist and not the knee or ankle if there would be crazy activities in the field with major movements.

This is something we need to evaluate first before we call it a plateau. Mind providing us more info on the conditions of the plateau, or the suspicion of plateau? If you still gain 0.1in per 2 to 3 months, it's not a plateau, but it's a stunning of growth or adaption by the body to prevent major injuries.

I did it everyday taking only 14 total rest days in 20 months of use (Sep23’-Apr25’) and I gained only 1.2 inches BPEL within that time. I reached 1 inch in the first 9 months but only .2 at most gain after that. I only did bundle stretching on the length master and always wrap with Uncle Jim wrap after.

You can always do a 70% length or 80% to 30% or 20% girth. That allows the length to take precedent on the growth, but still allow girth to take advantage in the gains. Simply add the SSJ exercises while doing various jelqs to get the blood flowing. Tossing 15 minutes of SSJ into the mix at the end of the length routine benefit your length routine immensely.

When you have too large or too small of a vacuum cup, there's too little surface area to build vacuum or too much vacuum created because the cup is too large and forces you to crank a few more times. Just like a good pair of pants, it should be just loose enough to move in, but not large enough for it to fall down on its own or need too many belts to hold it up and choke your blood flow.

No, this is where things fall apart. 14 rest days total out of a 20 months. This is where the tissues are overworked. 52 weeks in a year, and at least 1 days should be taken every week for the tissues to rest and reset. Too much, or too little, work will not get your tissues to grow properly. The trick is to take a break every 3 days at the start, then every 4 days 6 to 8 months in, and then every 5 days around one year in, then every 6 days after around 1.5 years. But there must be somekind of a full rest for the tissues to detect "a break" for healing. When we rest a 24-hour period, it's not really 24 hours. It's anywhere between 24 hours to 36 hours, based on our daily routines. If you only focus on length for 4 to 10 hours, the remaining 14 hours + 24 hours allow the body a chance to have more repairs and allow cells to duplicate and become their normal sizes. It takes cells to repair and duplicate in about 24 hours, max out at 48 hours. If you keep tearing the cells and now allow any recovery period, the cells will fail to multiply, and you will not get the benefits of cell growths.

Great selection of stretches, but heed the warning of allowing the tissues to rest. But allow the tissues to rest while wrapped up. Keep the tissues at the lower traction limit at around 600g to 700g, you can keep a very low level of growth inducing method 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can even crank it to 900g if you want if you are a monster for growth punishment. But still, allow the penis to rest without putting too much burden on the tissues at least every 3 to 4 days.

Got it. Once you get the smaller/smallest vacuum cup based on your needs, we'll resume the process again. But this time, we'll go a bit slowly to prevent accidental mishaps like before. In the meantime, stretch and stretch like a madman.

Rest day or not, make sure to actively stretch just to get the tissues loosen after a nice heat compress. Wrap in elongation. When you keep the elongation state, the brain is reprogrammed to prepare for growth. You can stretch all you want, but the body will fight back to reset itself if you don't keep it elongated.

Rest is essential. When you start out, 3 days on, 1 day off is recommended. If you need to go further, 4 days on, 1 day off. This is only for the first year, maybe 1.5 years in the journey. But you can go a bit more wild afterwards. However, rest is essential.

Yes. Keep it wrapped, sleeved, or whatever you can to keep it elongated. Using sleeves is more hygienic because it can be washed at any time. Regular cloth-type wraps can be messy at time.

HeyI know my brother when I started all this stuff.I was in my twenties, and now i'm in my fifties or should I say late fifties. As you age, things become more difficult and health is always an issue. So i've been running this marathon for over two decades. I'm so proud that the brotherhood is still together.After all these years and even getting better. This shows are complete dedication to the brothers in this brotherhood.

As I stretched with the lengthmaster, I noticed I started to feel pain on the bottom of the glans. I checked it out and I have a little tear. It was my frenulum. Despite the pain I still managed to wrap and stretch for 2 days. As of today, the pain increased to the point it stings to pull the for skin back sometimes. I’ve looked up frenulum tying but I am visual learner so I couldn’t find any videos on it. Should I just rest today and continue my length workouts tomorrow going forward? Putting bacitracin on the area should help, but this would be a lifelong ordeal till I reach my goals. I’m uncircumcised so I constantly pull my foreskin back, exposing the head of penis before going into the lengthmaster. However I seen other brothers on MOS, wrap without their foreskin being pulled back.

I had to do the same thing because I cut my frenulum. My cut was very serious and it took about two weeks to heal using bacitracin 3 times per day. I would like to see a picture of your cut to see how extreme it is before I can give you any better advice. This happens to many of us so don't be discouraged, be encouraged that you found something and now you can correct that issue.

You can rest for two to three days, or you can keep going. This is personal preference. I had the same issue with frenulum tears way back in the days as well, until I had it fully cut by a urologist. Frenulum don't have any other function at this late in the evolutionary design ladder. Some say removing it decreases the sensitivity. That's far from the truth. It decreases the pain in PE by a whole lot more than sensitivity for sexual pleasure.

Putting bacitracin on the area should help, but this would be a lifelong ordeal till I reach my goals. I’m uncircumcised so I constantly pull my foreskin back, exposing the head of penis before going into the lengthmaster. However I seen other brothers on MOS, wrap without their foreskin being pulled back.

What I did way back then was to fold the base layer, either be the tape or foam tape, around the base above the frenulum, and that allowed more comfort for me back then. It may be of help to you now.

This is perfectly fine. You can keep going and it will eventually snap. If it's too irritating, stop for a few days. Make sure to use bactricin daily. That was how ours have been in the past as well for those who were not, and still are not, circumcised or frenulum uncut.

Unfortunately, medical foam pad is not at MoS Shop. Look for it on dropship distribution sites (Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, etc.) or at the local pharmacy stores. They have them. A bit more expensive at the local stores, but you are supporting them.

However, you don't need medical foam. Simply use the ACE wrap, flexible tape wrap, or anything that's soft. No need to go high end pricing for comfort. Simply fold the layers and make it thicker to protect the frenulum, or rather, cushion it. No matter what you do, the pressure between the plates will place a burden on the frenulum, causing that pinch, and eventually, the *snap*.

Is frenulum tying the same as cutting it? I’ve seen on the threads that for advanced PE work, it’s more of an advantage to have no frenulum. But tying it would mean you still have it right?

Tying the frenulum involves pinching the frenulum together to create a dying piece of skin. In due time, the dying tissues will *snap* or *tear*. The brothers also cut them with something sharp, like a medical scissor, scapel, or something sharp enough to prevent discomfort during the cut. Once that's done, wrap up and use lots of ointment to heal and prevent infection.

Professional cutting is slightly different. What the urologist does is they snip any excess skin that is a frenulum. Once they snip the skin off, they suture the remaining skin flaps together. So, there's a different appearance between a medical frenulum removal to the DIY-tying/cutting.
