I got some requests about the comfort accessories that I´m using. So here it is:
I bought mine (jes) about a month ago and almost gave it up because of the circulation loss and discomfort of wearing it. I got some accessories material (padding/wrapping)tips from other users and added some own experiments that works fine.
Materials
Cohesive gauze about 8" x 1 1/2"
8" x 1 1/2" strip of old t-shirt material
1 1/2" x 1 inch protective pad cut from a sitting pad used when hiking in the woods (don´t know the english word!)
dubbel sided crafting tape - (bought in a store similar to walmart) not the weak used for desktop work but the stronger once that is used when you built houses and construct.
surgical tape
A noose strap tunnel piece - made of leather and with padding inside, that I ´ve sewn together like a tunnel. I have put the silicone strap inside this tunnel. (I made mine by deconstruction a thumb from a winter-working-glove.)
What I figured out was that loss of circulation comes from adjusting the silicone nose strap too hard.
Discomfort and pain comes as a result of too much direct pressure on the sensitive nerves located on the upper side, just behind the glans.
Grip is the key to hold everything in place, so that´s where I came up with the idea to use dubbelsided tape to provide exrta grip - the result is that you don´t need to adjust the silicone noose strap hard at all to be able to lock everything in place. This provides good circulation.
1. As uncut, like me, it´s preffered to first pull your foreskin back.
Then I use cohesive gausze (3-4 times wraps around) the backpulled foreskin to lock it in place. lock the cohesive gauze with a small piece of surgical tape.
2. Then wrap the t-shirt strip around and around over the coh. gauze. lock it with a small piece of surgical tape.
3.Then I have put a strip of dubbel sided tape under the "protection pad" (for extra stay in place grip) and put it over the wrapping on the upside. I lock it in place by 2 small surgical tape strips.
4.Then I take the penis and pull it through the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] like always when attaching it. On the noose strap I always has the leather piece. On this I have some dubbelsided tape for extra gripping.
So when I start adjusting the noose strap to lock the penis in place, it grips real easy and the protection makes it comfortable.
It sounds like a lot of work, but the only thing that I use one time every is the strips of surgical tape. I throw away and change the coh. gauze once in awhile. I add new dubbelsided tape every second day approximately.
It takes about 2 minutes to attach the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words] for me. I take a short break and reattach my [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] every 1 1/2 hour to regain full circulation again.
