Comfort ring coming off , but no reply from Bathmate

Anyone knows why [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doesnt reply emails ?

All i got was an automated response. It has been a few days already.

The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has been working great, but now i cant use it because the comfort ring is coming off.

Do u guys know how long does the warranty stand?

Any advice ?

For someone who just went through the nightmare of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] support I can tell you that it takes awhile for a reply, if you don’t hear back today I would send them another email. The warranty I believe is good for a year. Some forum members have used a rubber cement that’s used on aquariums, since its water proof.
 
Just sent him an email with pictures and order info.

Hope he reply soon. Cant do without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] !
 
Yeah dld is right. Is same problem with me. I have email with picture proof to pete and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Hope to get reply soon.
 
why does everyone have the same problem ?

Mine has been less than 3 months.

No point having a new one only to have it come off again....

This has happened about 5 times on this forum so it is not everyone. If you are having this issue send them the photos and they will send you a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
 
Mine just started coming off also. It's been 6-7 months. There must be a way to just glue it. What would be the best way to go about this? Someone must have some insight.
 
I had this issue start to happen with both of my Bathmates. I tried using this glue to work but I didn't have any success because it wasn't water proof. I stopped by a nearby Home Depot and couldn't find the right glue. I was just kind of winging it with the DIY fixing. I had the same issue with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] a few months after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] comfort strip failed. I thought it might have been a combination of doing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches in the hotter bath water which loosened the glue. I'm sure that there was a good seal there before I started applying extra pressure like that. Either way, I'm thinking of just buying some foam and doing the aquarium thing others have used.

Why don't they just get ride of the comfort strip and move something more along at a plastic gel cushion or something that's like soft silicone? I know that might be harder to fabricate but i have a feeling that it might be more comfortable and temperature resistant than the foam comfort strip.

I was about to order the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but then saw all the problems people are having with the product. Think I'll hold off for a while until its sorted. Support sounds pretty poor IMO. Shame as the product seems to be pretty top wack!

This is a rare problem and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] will replace any it if there is a problem.

I contacted the factory manager, met with the Directors and raised all of your concerns regarding the Comfort ring coming off. We have now come up with a very simple solution to help you all out that have this problem regarding the Comfort ring as follows:

1. Kindly photograph your unit showing the detached Comfort Ring.
2. e-mail it directly to [email protected] (The managing Director)
3. He will then examine the photos and send you a new unit free of charge.
4. In some cases he might ask you to send them back to more detailed examination.
5. We (UPL) will send the replacement from our US stock so you dont have to wait for a UK shipment.
6. Please CC me at [email protected] as well gentlemen.

mine was coming off as well and i just used Gorilla Glue "Precision Glue Pen"...its the clear stuff and its been working fine for the last 2 weeks.
 
Mine recently fell off as well. Per the recommendations, I contacted this Joe guy at maxultraproducts.com and CCed Agust, including my photos of the detached comfort ring.

Does anyone know what the usual turn-around on this is? I recently started reusing my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and was on a pretty good program (good PIs) and then this happens... typical. :)

When it falls off, gotta glue it man. I had my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] a year, the pad fell off the first 3 months, you can pump without it. I need a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] period. The comforts in life sometimes are luxuries we take for granted, you have to do what you can to make it work.

Thanks DLD , I just sent my email and photos in to the address you have given. I love the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], but becoming very disappointed in the support
 
"Sigh" sent information and photos yet again for the 4th time. I've become very disappointed in the service. I've not even recieved any acknowledgement to my emails whatsoever .
 
I feel your pain guys, I sent pics of my faulty ring in months ago and was asked to send the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] all the way to the UK. Instead of being without it for weeks I decided to try and fix it with different super glues which havent worked well and Im pretty much maxed out at the base so when the base ring is faulty the plastic really digs into the skin.. frustrating because when the thing is working its a hell of a device... now its falling off again... boo.
 
I do know that those that have CCed me, so I have been able to follow up have been sent directly from the factory. It may take 2-3 weeks for the unit to arrive from there so hold on guys. Just in case email me and I will talk to Jessica on Monday morning.

3 months later of trying to get a replacement and doing everything asked multiple times I had to contact the factory one more time to find out the status of my shipment after being told 2 weeks ago it was being sent I find out " the shipment was lost and another was sent out today" I have a strong feeling it was not sent out 2 weeks ago and just sent yesterday. What a nightmare this has been.
 
Mine was coming off as well so I super glued it.....and now there is a sharp ridge on the bottom that digs into my junk :(
 
If they are making these mistakes with sending out items its not good but from my own one experience with them during December 2009 I had no trouble at all from the UK factory. These seals however are the thorn in the side and MUST be sorted out. Its a shame other [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]HydroPump[/words] makers aren't around to give the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] more competition and than they would clean the game on the seals. I do like [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and recommend them but if these seals keep falling apart its not good ... not good image at all!

I agree, i criticized them before saying that being alone is not good since they can afford anything, but [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bm[/words] is just a new product surely they will make minor adjustments even tho my suggestion was that the black rubber should be on the top thus preventing cuts and bruises!

They are a rather new company and modifications will happen to make the unit better. Out suggestion thread is really helping them with these decisions.

Has anyone received a replacement unit yet? If so how long did it take? Im not in a hurry, Im just going on vacation soon and dont want to miss the delivery.
My ring started to come off just this week.
 
Mine is coming off too after 2 months and I can't find my order number or anything. Does anyone know if they need this info or am I screwed? Anyone found a simple solution to glue it back together??
 
Just finished my evening session... what did i see when i put it back in the cupboard? The comfort ring coming unstuck. Nooooo!

Living with others at the moment so it's unsafe to order a new one or get a replacement from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'll grin and bear it... or grin and glue it.
