One thing I noticed is that the space heater may not be reaching the penis tissues the same
I wanted to use the space heater relatively close to keep tissues warm but I think the heating pad does a better job
I'm just waiting on an IR thermometer, so I can measure the temperature surface

I checked the surface of the heating pad and it ranges from
112 to 116 on the surface on highest setting

On same setting if I roll it up and scan the inside it goes all the way up to 140
This would be similar to me wrapping it up on my member

What temp should I have it set to when I have the extender on I usually will wrap with the heating pad?

Does the heat act similarly to the concept of being in a sauna where the body releases additional healing markers, but on a local level or do you think the heat has to be applied to the entire body to release these healing markers?

Anyway heat is needed for sure, no way around it.

Very well said. Yes, heat does initiate restorative healing markers by acting as heat exchange with the cooler part of the body, increasing blood flow and white blood cell responses. Something akin to inflammatory responses and checks by the body on detecting why a certain extreme body part is hotter than the core temperature.

I put the rods at about 17.5cm
Still feel tension at flaccid but not as much as when I have them at 19.1cm

Current BPFSL is at
18.3cm preworkout
and about
18.7cm postworkout

I'm trying to figure out based on feedback from oldandlively
whether I'm getting retraction on extender due to too much tension post LM workout
Since after extender it drops to 18.5cm from 18.7cm post LM

I do need to press the ruler into the pubic bone and then stretch as much as possible yes?

This is the way I have been measuring as I think it gives me the most accurate to check on growth.

Excellent work and incredible log to have was so much important information. You see that when you collect all this information, you have every detail, you need to readjust or replace some sort of exercise.They maybe add one, but for right now you're looking really good!

Yes. But don't pull too hard. Just pull to lengthen it, just enough to make the penis flaccid length straight for measurement. Don't pull so hard that you're doing stretching exercises.
 
For me in this situation, I would use my flaccid bone pressed length measurements from a deep bone pressed all the way to my tip of my head

Keep going with the heating between 102F and 109F for another week. If you see a heat stress regression where the your BPFLS remains between 18.5 and 18.6, reduce the heating down to 100F and 104F. Just wondering, how cold is it over there right now? Large temperature flux during and after routines can also cause the sudden retraction. Happens to me quite often when the temperature drops down to around 43F around here.

Outside it is about 48F in thr morning and goes up to about 60s

I'll keep an eye on the temp like you mentioned

I noticed more malleability after the LM work I put myself in bundles for 5 min at a time in the extender times 4 and the penis just seemed pliable right after
