I have not really heard of toughening the penis because of stretching. If this occurs where it becomes difficult to stretch what you should do is use heat from a heating pad for the like which will help your penis relax and allow for a much better stretch. But with hard core stretches this is not necessary. This is an expressive exercise that brings penis that’s in the body out.
Thanks for replying @DLD, it's great to know that stretching does not cause toughening, so can you please tell me what exactly causes toughening of the penis? As I am a newbie, doing this for around 3 months, I don't want to do something wrong that will stop my penis from growing. So what common mistakes should I avoid? Is these a forum post for what are the wrong things to do?

It’s just a normal reaction from the tunica and it will eventually not happen at all. It is only in the beginning couple of months that people feel this. I always used a heating pad to battle it and I’ve always done well.

Looks like a great workout I suggest you also get a set of bundle stretching and before you even start this. That will pre-stretch your tuna to allowing you to make growth much easier
 
Yes definitely will add bundles.

Bundles have become the main way to expand and elongate the Tunica. In the pre-stretching of the Tunica we are able to take on so much more size. And since the Tunica is so dense once you have stretched it it will never go back
