Thanks for replying @DLD, it's great to know that stretching does not cause toughening, so can you please tell me what exactly causes toughening of the penis? As I am a newbie, doing this for around 3 months, I don't want to do something wrong that will stop my penis from growing. So what common mistakes should I avoid? Is these a forum post for what are the wrong things to do?I have not really heard of toughening the penis because of stretching. If this occurs where it becomes difficult to stretch what you should do is use heat from a heating pad for the like which will help your penis relax and allow for a much better stretch. But with hard core stretches this is not necessary. This is an expressive exercise that brings penis that’s in the body out.
I have noticed when I do deep heat for warm up that it makes a big difference in stretching.
