Hey there. Yes, I frequently turtle after a strenuous work out-either due to a break or just an intense workout. As you condition more, turtling will be less, but for me always some. After length workouts I always wrap to support healing in an extended state. Definitely helps minimize the turtling effect. Do you wrap?

The reason I have not been doing the jelqs with stretches is because I noticed a drop in eq.

I have done some pe before, just not consistent.

One thing I have noticed, not sure if it happens to others, I turtled up after my workout last night.
More so than usual and wondering if it was because I have had a small layoff last couple of weeks. I’ve done a few workouts but not as consistent.

You should be wrapping, using a sleeve or a SiliStretcher to keep yourself extended while healing after you have trained for length. The penis will always have a natural inclination to turtle as this is a subconscious way for us to protect the penis when it’s not in use. But this can be changed very rapidly by using the healing methods laid out in SRT.

@Hamadouche In one year I gained approximately 3/4 inch .75 inch

Main thing is to stick to a workout for about 3 months and be consistent.

You have to check out the SRT routine that DLD put together along with all the other advice.

Newbie routine is a great place to start or do a reset.

I think I just went to hard on that day.

Love that your getting fulcrum in! That is all I did when I made the PowerAssist. I was obsessed with the idea of such simple levers could bring such intense stretches. As history goes the PowerAssist became the Lengthmaster.

I think I have just begun to tap into what the Lengthmaster/ Power assist offers and that it will be a great tool in the long run.

For length there’s no better tool than the Lengthmaster! Everyone who uses the LM games crazy length. It’s very powerful so the conservative when you first start

Do you still have your bathmate? If so I suggest you try hard core stretching as far as a expressive exercise goes, If you don’t have the best meat you can use your LM by connecting it very low on your shaft and stretching from there.

Also I would add in erect stretching 2 to 3 times a week for 10 minutes to cement gains. I would also highly recommend you do the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This exercise just brings in massive flaccid growth and an incredible heavy hanging penis.

I was trying to do the hardcore stretches in the morning, but it just wasn’t working out.

I’ve still been doing them, but only on Friday and Saturday night.

Can hardcore stretches be done with water pump and then perform other length exercises or is it counter productive?

I’m glad you have a pump that’s going to help with much of this. Hard-core stretches can be done either in a wet or a drive pump. When I invented the stretch I was using a bath me filled with water. But many men do hard-core stretching without water. With the Mityvac it’s a very easy choice because vacuum is incredible dry or wet.
