I want to ask you guys if anybody is/was doing a combined routine including hanging and stretching.
I'm asking because I'm thinking to do both because i was told that both exercises for themselves are good for length.
If yes,please post your routines here.
What do you think about the idea also to include a jelqing routine.It would be not intense,just 15 minutes per day.
