Combined routines including stretching+hanging

I want to ask you guys if anybody is/was doing a combined routine including hanging and stretching.
I'm asking because I'm thinking to do both because i was told that both exercises for themselves are good for length.
If yes,please post your routines here.

What do you think about the idea also to include a jelqing routine.It would be not intense,just 15 minutes per day.

I say do it all! I currently do all of the Phase 5 routine plus 3 hours of hanging, everyday. My views on stretching have always been that it can't be overdone. Unlike girth, the penis in flaccid state is less prone to injury due to overworking it. As long as proper recirculation efforts are made (ie: massage between sets, long enough breaks between hanging sets, short enough sets to avoid circulation issues, etc.) you should be fine.
