Cold Water usage....

Dear All from brotherhood.... Just a simple question.... how good is to wash penis by cold water?.... like while doing P.E anything we use Hot water as Warm up or Warm down.... so during the rest of the day... is it okay to wash penis with cold water.... well yes cold water gives the feeling of getting penis shrink... but do I loose my P.E gains which I have done during that day or previous days....

Many men use cold water for their after training protocol. Some find it to be very helpful so I would try and see how it goes for you.

I've heard of men doing this here and there. Never seen follow ups on it though. In other words, feedback after consistent use.

I don't actually know about it... but somehow yes my penis is more relaxed and sensitivity is lower since I wash it twice with cold water in a day... once in the early morning before doing warm ups, secondly in the night before placing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and heading to sleep...

You cannot lose your gains by washing the penis with cold water. Use any water you prefer it doesn't change anything.
