My name is Stillwantmore and I approve this message. LOL. I have worn cock rings before to hang on to a post workout pump. Theyre very good for this and also for increasing your erect girth temporarily. I get as much as 1/4" thicker while wearing one when erect. Glans fills up more too. Only down side per se, is having to force out my ejaculation while wearing one. The pressure from the cock ring makes it harder to ejaculate. Check out the link in my signature. That site sells them for just a couple bucks each. You can pick up several and not feel bad if one or more dont fit. The ideal is to find one that you can slide on fairly effortlessly while flaccid. It should stay on by itself. If you cant pee with it on, it's too small. Never a need to panic with a cock ring. If it will go on when flaccid, it will always come off. Dont ever try to force one off when erect. Just wait until your erection starts to go down. A little lube, or soap will help get it off if you have to get it off quickly for some weird reason. If it's fit properly, it will stay on when flaccid, and should provide a girth increase when you are erect. Experiment with a few different sized rings to find the best fit for you. Nobody can give a 'cooky cutter' type answer as far as what size will work best for you. Again, order a couple or three different sizes and experiment a little.

I personally do not like the whole idea of wearing one around the whole package, because I have not found one that allows me to do so comfortably, plus I dont like the feeling of the pressure in my testicles when wearing one around the whole package while erect.
