Hi everybody, im new here and am looking to start a routine. I just want to make sure im doing the kegel exercises properly. I have tried searching, but im not a forum wizard like some of you, so i apologize as this has probably been covered, but i couldnt find it for the life of me.
With the normal kegel, ive read that its the same muscle that is used to stop urinating. Now the only one i can do that with seems to give a quick squirt of urine, then cut it off..is that the correct muscle? Is it also the same muscle that you can feel flex when you have an orgasm, that forces the semen out? For me they seems to be the same one, which i just want to clarify.
And regarding the reverse kegel. Ive only been able to find a description as the muscle that you tighten to cause urination. When i do that, i feel my lower abs flew more than anything? Is that just a whole related muscle group? I know you cant exactly make a great description of a muscle, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
And as far as the stretches and jelqing, this forum seems to be very informative. I will research everything i need to know before starting my routine. Thanks to anybody in advance who can give me any help with this.
