Clamp and extend?

WOuld it be beneficial to do a clamping and extending routine? Such as wear [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour, then do a 5-10 minute set of clamping, then 1 hour of extending, etc.
 
Both are solid forms of Penis Enlargement. What I suggest is to put together a routine and stick with it for a few weeks and see how the gains are. Once you have a complete workout made post it and we can help critique.
