chalk

I use this for deadlifting but if you are manual stretching it is so much better than baby powder for penis gripping.

[URL removed, due to MOS rules and regulations].

I also use it under the theraband when I hang with BIB and it really helps everything stick tightly on.

I want to mention too - this chalk works extremely well for wrapping with the BIB. Also If you are constricting and want a little more "stick" for the wrap - this negates lube very well.

Oh one other thing - if you want a real BPFSL you can grip way better than baby powder when pulling.

hey airshy

i'm curious about lifting chalk to aid grip, can you tell me how long you can hold a maximum exertion stretch? and do you get any irritation on the delicate skin underneath the glan where you grip?

cheers.

*i actually do not do manual stretches. I can tell you though if you want to stretch and not worry about slippage you will not be limited to that factor. An example is deadlifting - there are many lifters who do not realize how much more they could pick up if they did not have to adjust constantly for grip and slippage.

and do you get any irritation on the delicate skin underneath the glan where you grip?

*the chalk will not irritate your skin. I am not sure pressure wise but if anything the chalk would help as you would be able to better keep your fingers where you intend.

does this help some hopefully?

yes. thanks mate. i would like to hear from someone though who uses this chalk or a similar example solely for grip in their manual routine, because the trauma to the delicate skin is always an issue with me.

someone is bound to chime in....?

my routine is all manual stretching. that's it.

The chalk can rip your skin to hell, be careful.

But....that has forced me to learn new techniques which are working well...I may as well share them here.

The lig push and stretch seems to place less stress on the skin under the glans, and hits everything well.

...and that is about all I do. I also, with my gripping hand, place my other hand like of underneath it....and grab the penis a few inches under the head....whereas before I would "grab" my gripping hand and just add more push.....that is how skin rippage happens.

The chalk is good, just don't go crazy with it, thinking the skin will just be dandy....the chalk will rip!!
