can't get a grip

Hey all,

wondering if you have any tips...until 2 weeks ago I was performing the exercises without a problem...now everytime I get starte I get rock hard and can't pull or tug under cheeks, behind or anywhere for that matter...

any suggestions would help, thanks
 
Well if you get erect you can always masturbate prior to stretching. In fact, there was a thread on possible benefits for stretching directly after masturbation.
 
Sounds like you are new to the game. Just work through it and your body will eventually be able to know when you are playing with it and when you are exercising it.
 
You just have to get use to Pe'ing.The same thing happened me but a little while later I was able to stretch without an erection.
