Can sleeves be used as "All Day Stretcher" or to prevent turtling and maintain size after jelqing?

I'm wondering if a simple sleeve can be used to maintain longer size, prevent turtling and remain size after jelqing sessions.

Looking for something that is easy to wear in sleeve form for night or daily. But will it be of any use? Can sleeve actually extend penis or maintain gains better? Or only traction devices do that?

Yes a sleeve can be used to maintain longer size, and prevent turtling. This is why the silisleev was developed.

But can they actually help in improving size or not really? Maybe I'm believing a false idea here

They work, but dont expect inches. You should be doing other methods alongside this to help heal in the larger state, not sit on your ass doing nothing apart from wearing a sleev, that will in no way get to a really larger penis, but certainly will help with the hang, flaccid will increase in time.

A big reason we decided to start making our own sleeves so people could use them in the healing state as dictated by SRT. But since then we found so many uses it’s on believable.
