Definitely for some, not so much for others. I suggest giving a go with alarms set every 3 hours to be sure there is no issues. Add an hour each night until you get through the night with no issues. I do know that it is much safer than the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] for night use.

You can use it while sleeping. And the website also says you can. But i would use it during the day and see how it goes before jumping into it all night..give it 2 weeks and see how its going then go from there. And remember when using the belt if your anything like me and move around alot take that into consideration when strapping down with the belt.
