Calluses on my Glans

I think I might be stretching wrong because right on the rim of my head and underneath get rough after I stretch and usually hurts. This obviously has an impact on how hard I can stretch. I think the problem is in the way I grip. I use an average OK grip. I've noticed that my thumb and forefinger puts stress on the sides and the curve btwn my thumb and forefinger rubs on the top. The skin around my head where the stress hits it seems to callus. This reduces my sensitivity and decreased the amount of pressure I can pull on my next stretch session. Now if I put lotion on it the rough spots usually go away in a couple of days but that would mean doin a 1-2 day on and 2 days off cycle. Any Suggestions

Hey longstretch, I can relate. You are right, it is from the way your hand is gripped around your penis. The problem that can happen, at least in my experience, is when the callus is ripped off when stretching, in which case it can become very uncomfortable and pointless because you can no longer stretch as hard and it ends up hurting so much. I really have no suggestions except to take a couple days off as you have.

You can grip over top the glans with palm down just behind the glans. Use the middle finger for the bottom of the shaft and index/ring finger to put pressure on the sides. Its 10x better stretching up like this. Good for straight out as well and I don't think you stretch the skin as much doing it this way.
