Burst blood vessel ?

Hi guys

My name is Cat and I am a beginner.


I have aquestion. I got a "black spot" again on my shaft again. By "black spot" I mean - I jelqued quite a lot ( i know I should not since I am a beginner) and a a small blood vessel burst. I had this happening last year when I dabbled in PE. I stopped jelquing for the past 2 days and it still has not been absorbed into the body fully. It`s probably a tenth of an inch in diameter and blood red in color. It`s basically blood from a small blood vessel that burst during my last jelqing session.

I feel no discomfort at all. My penis still works / functions normally. However, I don`t know what to do with regards to pe and jelqing. Should I wait until this goes away? Or can I still do PE in the meantime?

What would u guy recommend? Any suggestions DLD?

Massage, heat and light stretching to break it all up. It takes time to make sure it doesn't turn into a permanent bruise.

How long for and in what way should I massage ?

Yup, it is a bruise in a higher dermal area so this is something that will go away granted you do not train through it. You can continue flaccid work but erect work will need to brake until your bruise yellows. If you do not wait it will drop to lower dermal layers and become permanent.

Heating pad is best but a hot bath does good. Gentle massages moving your penis around and getting blood going. Just be gentle and then start to get into it.

I started implementing your advice yesterday and as of right now 50% of that "trapped" blood (for lack of a better word) has been absorbed into the penis quite nicely. I will keep implementing your advice until its fully gone.

DLD, I have never done erect work. What happened what I was doing jelqs in a semi-erect state and my penis is quite veiny and there is this point where 4 small veins converge and that`s where this happened. It happened last year when I was dabbling in PE and I stopped then and it went away by itself after a while.

What made you stop, did you take on Thrombosis?

Getting that sort of a dot happens when you got too much pressure. Next time go lighter and not for as long and slowly condition yourself. Losing training days to heal isnt going to help you.
