Bump on my penis...the fuuuuck???

I started hanging two weeks ago at 5 pounds

-It doesn't hurt at all when I touch it
-It has a soft, jelly like feeling to it
-It only appears when I'm 50%^ erect, not visable when flaccid

-From this view, the bump is on the lower right side of my shaft, right above my right nut

wtf is this?...im freakin out maaaan
 
Holy SHIT that is herpes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No NO NO its not haha honestly go to a fucking doctor though just to be safe. I am sure someone else will put your mind at ease on this site but always best to see a professional.
