hey, ive been here for almost 3 weeks
yea, ive gotten bruises before, there no biggie dont worry bout it
i rested a day after and then went back to it it wasnt gone before my workout, but i did it n e ways and then when i was done it was practically gone
well, im pretty happy about my gains so far
i gained about an inch in length and a quarter inch in girth in my 3 weeks
but u gotta go up gradually
dont do crazy stuff the 1st week cause its not gonna workout good and ur gonna end up with some type of injury
