Breaks and PE

To all the good gainers here, or to anyone...

What kind of breaks do you take regularly? I don´t take days off, but then again I don´t have a very strenous routine as I´m so busy I only get in a few minutes of stretching or jelqing each days.

Should I schedule some rest days?
 
Hydromaxm, i have about 6 minutes of stretching per day (except lately :(). I'm on a 5 on 2 off schedule by the way. If your workouts aren't that long or strenuous, then I don't think you should take off rest days.

That should be 60 minutes, not 6...

I rarely get hung over. My ethnicity is Mexican and I grew around alcohol so my body needs a whole shitlaod of tequila to really get hammered.
 
Due to time constraints and privacy problems, I am on a 1 on 1 off scedule which works quite well for me. I think workout 3 times a week with 30 min sessions is not a bad choice, it works for me.

No matter how much you did like to take breaks from your routine, always remember that off days can turn into holidays. Try not to take more than 4 off days in a month.

We will find this over and over as we dig old threads up. And this is a good thing for Brothers to see as it shows if you stick with it you will make awesome gains but if you give up it is a wrap. Years will still go by and you will still have accomplished nothing. Day by day is the best way to approach PE!
