Thanks, DLD! Growth stalled since my last measurement, but now I know. I'll probably take a little reset-break and then go back to my original routine that got me where I am now. Once I confirm that I'm back on track with that, I'll test out the silistretcher to see if I can speed things up with passive stretching outside my workouts.

Passive stretching is such an important component to SRT. So I’m happy you going to start using your SiliStretcher to accomplish this. I think you and I think every other person here for the great love, prayers and well wishes, I truly appreciate it. It’s so nice to know that when things are bad you guys are here for me.

Hokay, so that 'little break' turned into two weeks after I had to take my computer in for repairs and fell off the horse... and I measured again on Saturday and I'm actually down a bit...

BACK AT IT as of today, back with the routine that was getting me steady results before. I'll go a month of that and take measurements to confirm I'm gaining again. If so, I'll throw in the silistretcher for some passive gains outside of my sessions and see if I can speed things up that way.

Good session today, feels good to be back. :)
 
So did you have gotten a solid weekend week him. When things get tough and strong survive. I’m glad you’ve gotten back in the saddle in a riding that horse to gains!

Alright, gentlemen: UPDATE! I'm feeling bigger, and we'll see if that's all perception or not when I measure in about a week and a half.

I'll share my thoughts on 'one large session' vs 'several mini-sessions':

-Although I actually lost gains during this experiment, I can't conclude that mini-sessions are necessarily less effective even for me at my stage of development, let alone for everyone generally. There are two reasons, one of which is an observation of how effective they are for me individually.

-First, I changed more than one variable. I switched the nature of the routine from one large session to multiple mini-sessions, but I also changed the specific exercises I was performing. Further, I stopped using the Lengthmaster (because I found it awkward for slow cranks) which meant less AND probably less consistent intensity. (No lengthmaster = no measuring force).

-Second, and more to do with mini-sessions per se in my case, my consistency dropped. I found that, although I didn't have to sit through the hour+ sessions I was performing before, the cost of multiple interruptions even if each interruption is smaller, was much greater than the cost of one big interruption. It made me less productive in other areas, and my PE was less effective because I wasn't as consistent. Once I get started, I'll finish a session. So even if I'm squirming and impatient by the end of a big PE session it will be done consistently every day. On the intermittent training schedule I found myself skipping the last workout of the day once or twice per week. Now that I'm back to the one session schedule, consistency is back to up 100%!

If anyone is considering the mini-sessions, consider that issue I had and ask yourself if you think you'll run into the same problem. That won't be an issue for everyone, but it was for me. :)

Great assessment and this again proves that PE is highly individualized...what works for one will not work for another. We hope for another update tomorrow. Hint, hint..cough, cough. 8-)
 
Well darn... after almost four weeks of using 20lb resistance for tension stretches with no problem I had blood again yesterday! I think the problem is in 1) the wrapping and 2) the pressure I put on the LM.

The silisleeve makes the wrapping ALMOST thoughtless, but it still makes a difference exactly where I put the sleeve in relation to my glans. Choke up too much and it slips more easily, back off too much and it pinches more easily.

Similarly, I think there's a sweet spot I need to aim for in terms of how much I tighten the LM. Too little and it can slip, but I think yesterday I screwed it on too tight and stumbled into "dick crushing" territory. Those are the jaws of DEATH my friends, be gentle with yourself!

I'm backing down to 15lbs again today just to be safe, then after my weekend rest I'll pop it back into my normal range and see how it goes.
 
NEW MEASUREMENTS!

BPFL:
4 7/8"
BPSFL: 8"
Flaccid Girth: 4 1/2"
BPEL: 7 3/8"
Erect Girth: 5 3/8"

I also added these to the measurement post so you can see them in context. I've recovered my length losses and hit a new PR in BPSFL. Still, turtle speeds here... But now that I'm confirmed back on track, I'm going to add in the Silistretcher for some active recovery and see if I can't speed things up!

On Friday I had some weird kind of injury I've never seen before, and I'm not sure if it had anything to do with PE or not... I had a stomachache all day, and in the evening I noticed a HUGE bulge just above the base of my dick on my right hand side. Very tender. I put an ice pack on it and after a few minutes I felt whatever it was pull back inside of me. Emphatically NOT "the swelling went down." After that my stomachache went away immediately and it hasn't come back. o_o

Other than that everything went fine with my session on Friday, and again I'm not sure that had anything to do with PE. Perhaps I'm carrying an Alien or something. I think I'd remember getting facefucked by a hugger.

I've identified the specific problem leading to bleeding, by the way. I initially thought it was because I needed to find the right balance of pressure in the LM clamp, but the danger really just comes from slipping. It's the like penis is a closed toothpaste tube. If you squeeze at one end you create pressure in the tube. If you then start sliding your hand up the tube (penis slipping inside the LM clamp) the pressure in the remaining 'unsqueezed' portion of tube increases VERY rapidly... until the cap pops off. :(

Yesterday I coated my shaft and the inside of the silisleeve with baby powder, then rolled up some toilet paper and wrapped that around the silisleeve just behind the glans to increase circumference, and clamped harder than I've done before. Even though the 'squeeze' was not entirely comfortable (think thumbscrews but on your dick) I didn't get the same 'pinch' or 'pressure' sensation that leads to bleeding and bruising.

Someone did a modification on their LM adding two more screws to even out the pressure on the chamber which seem to work very well for him. I don’t hear of the LM problem that much but this guy when he added the two additional screws said that it was night and day.

Interesting idea! I assume he put the two new screws 'forward,' on the narrow side away from the strap. I hadn't even thought about that. :)

I wish I could remember who it was but yes, you’re correct and he says that the pressure becomes completely even across the entire shaft. If this starts to become a modification we may add it into the actual model.

I'll give myself at least a few cranks every night, just to sort of tread water. ;)

I'm going to change up my approach again, because I won’t go back to putting in the same amount of time I was before. I’ve been way too productive in other pursuits since getting over an hour back in the morning!

I'm shifting my focus to silisleeve gains so I can work passively all day while continuing to make faster gains in other areas of life. I may still include a much reduced daily session to use in tandem with the silisleeve, not sure yet.

Great to hear about you @Brawn Johnson ! Definitely pursuit in things that can be more lucrative or that fulfill your self-worth. While PE is great, it should aid in the pursuit of other things, being a piece of the puzzle. And if one has made the gains, then PE can be in the "backburner", doing Kegels and testicle health massage does a lot from my point of view.

Wore the Silistretcher around the house today while finishing up some projects. This involved manly labor, so I figured it would be a rigorous test. I wore it with a Silicap and Silisleeve, with the velcro wrapped under my knee. The only discomfort was the plastic clip digging into my leg, because I had it pulled fairly tightly I guess... (no scale to measure the precise tension yet). I couldn't even feel anything around the penis itself!

It did end up slipping off after 10 minutes or so, with my glans popping right out of the cap and sleeve, but a little homework here on the forum gave me loads of ideas to tinker with. (Big thanks to @Haursen and everyone else who helped pioneer this!) I'll start with the simplest solutions and work my way up, and let you guys know what fixes it for me!

The other thing I noticed is that -- with the velcro strap as opposed to the traction ADS system -- it's difficult to keep the tension consistent when you're actually moving around quite a bit. Kneeling, walking, going up and down stairs, stepping over things... it made for a tension roller-coaster! I read DLD's thread about night time use, and I DO sleep on my back with VERY little motion, so in order to keep the tension consistent (and avoid bathroom break interruptions) I'll try wearing it overnight once I've conditioned myself up to a few hours during the day without hiccups. I'll also try out the traction system once MoS rolls it out. I assume that will work much better for my active lifestyle, but I've never tried one before. :)

Eventually I'll also leave an official review and snag my scale (THANKS @Lightning and @DLD) and then I can let you guys know precisely what tension I'm using over what lengths of time in order to get my super duper results that are about to come flooding in. ;)

I'm pretty pleased with this, given that I haven't been training PE... at all... since the end of May. Looks like the results are fairly stable so far!

Tomorrow I'll begin my new ADS routine. 5 days on 2 days off, and if that goes well I'll try dropping to just one rest day per week. I'm thinking the following:

Warmup (10min)
Squeezes (10 reps)
SiliStretcher (2 hours, tension = ??)
Towel kegels

Each day I add 1/2 hr to the Silistretcher and 1 rep to the squeezes. As soon as I've landed the scale for the SiliStretcher I'll measure tension and consider how to adjust that as well.

I was pretty pleased with how little I lost! It's a good sign. :)

Here's what I'm thinking for the daily routine (every weekday):

Warmup (10min)
Squeezes (10 reps)
SiliStretcher (2 hours, tension = ??)
Towel kegels

Each day I add 1/2 hr to the Silistretcher and 1 rep to the squeezes. As soon as I've landed the scale for the SiliStretcher I'll measure tension and consider how to adjust that as well. AND if I'm making good progress next time I measure I'll try moving to 6 days on 1 day off!
 
I'm running into the following problem that I'm not sure how to deal with in my application of the Silistretcher. When I actually go for the stretch, the vacuum pressure is fine but the Silisleeve doesn't seem able to stand up to it. I attached a picture so you can see what's happening. If I try to get much of a stretch, the penis pulls out entirely and is only sort of "attached" to the bell by the Silisleeve (rather than being still inside the bell). This is an issue because now pulling the bell further away just stretches the SiliSleeve even more and puts WAY more stress on it. The portion of the SiliSleeve that gets sucked into the chamber is stretched until it's as clear as glass...

Today I tried wrapping ACE wrap around the bell and my glans to prevent the SiliSleeve getting stretched out. I think that's done it, it feels like it's done it (much more tension on my actual shaft now), but I can't see anything now. :P

Has anyone else run into this? How have you guys addressed it?

Try adding the Silipad in there, and wear a silicap. Ensure you have a good seal when turning the piston, try lowering the pad 1/4 inch towards the entrance, maybe you could benefit from more room on suction.

Once the head is in there snug, it shouldn't come lose, but we need to fathom out why it occurred.

Was your penis also dry, and free from oils?

This bell is significantly larger around than the head of my penis, I don't remember ever selecting a size although I know one of the changes for SiliStretcher 2 was a smaller bell. I think that rolled out while I was in hiding. :)

I used the Silicap, but I don't have any of those pads.

The ACE wrap also did seem to hold everything in place, but if I can get rid of that it will make the whole process a lot simpler and faster and that will be useful when I'm doing several hours and need bathroom breaks.
