It started when I stretched once without warming up. I've done this many, many times before, I don't know why it decided to bleed this time. So I stopped stretching and only did jelqing. I tried stretching a week later, out came a drop of blood. So I did jelqing for another week and today blood came out from just doing a few constrictors. I can tell it's a weakened spot right behind the frenulum that keeps giving way and bleeding.

I've done warm ups since. I'm going to stop all Penis Enlargement for a week or two. I hope I haven't permanently damaged my urethra, or effectively ended my Penis Enlargement career.

I have had injuries but nothing so bad. Blood is bad. It suonds like you are squeezing way too hard. I would take a two week break with absolutely no Penis Enlargement.

You will need to stop for this to heal. When there is a small tear in the meatus or frenulum it will reopen with Penis Enlargement or sex. I had this issue once and a week or two off corrected it.

The thing is that I bottom out on my girl. She loves it, I do too. No sex for two weeks? We've only been together for two weeks, I don't know how she's going to take it if I say 'no sex for 2 weeks' and can't really explain why. I don't want to lie to her or make some shit up.
