Biggest gains i've made

have come from increasing my intensity level of my workouts.alittle more pressure squeezing slowly up my shaft then streching when i reach below my glans during jelqs.people tend to focus on the # of times they do an exercise but it doesnt matter, its the intensity u put in it that will show u your gains much more faster. for example instead of trying to do 3 or 4 hundred jelqs in a 20 minute span just do an intense jelq session for that 20 minutes and you will get better results guaranteed.DLD was right about intensity,this is just from my point of view.

It really does! We live in such a hectic world that is dictated by schedules and time slots. Not even knowing it I will rush through things if I am counting. I like to look at the clock (say it is 2:00) then I will go full force and intensity until 2:45, never counting only getting the most out of this time as I can.
 
That is what i have started to do. I cant do things when i have to do a set of numbers. When i have to do execises in a seratain time, that is fine with me. But often i go over and pass that time. Because it kinda feels good, or as they say "time fly's when you are having fun".
 
I agree pepepe, and I think this is what's missing from most people's Penis Enlargement'ing, whether it's from fear of injury or just from people's inherent laziness...
