Hey bib, how big are you now. Did you get all your length gains from just hanging or did you do some sort of manual stretching. I also wanted your thought about [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] devices, i know maybe you might not have any experience with them, but what do you think of the idea behind them, and what do you think of them compared to hanging in terms of gains.

The last time I measured, and it has been a while, I was 10.5 inches, EBPL, and 6.5 inches upper shaft girth, 7.0 base girth. I have no reason to believe I have lost anything since my last measure.

Disclaimer: While my gains were great, I was lucky in physiology, and the ability to hang all day. Very few guys will reach the level of gains that I did. So do not expect that type of result. I have had two emails from guys that have approached or exceeded my results though. Neither of those guys wish to participate in the forums however, which is a shame.

You are correct. I have little experience with them. My thought is that, for many, if not most guys, they do not have the ability to permanently deform the important tissues. But they do have the ability to assist in the deformation. IOW, a guy could use hanging to do the heavy work, then apply an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to continue the stresses while in the fatigued state. Much like my recommendation to continue to hang, at reduced weight, after fatigue is encountered. Just use an exender instead.

When people come up with their own inventions or constantly come out with new excercises it's next to impossible to deny their claims.
 
Damn bib you nearly made me spit out the water I was drinking. That's a monster of a snake you got there! I've had a bib starter for months now and never used it and only took it out of the package to take a quick look at it. With the limited time I have, I have been doing some jelquing and constricting but I think it's time to polish off the hanger and put it to good use. 7 x 5 here I come!! :D

Please remember, the Bib hangers are not magic. They are just tools. They help to place stresses on your member, which hopefully lead to deformation and gains.

But knowledge is the key to gains. Not pills, or specific exercises, or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], or hangers. Knowing how and why to apply specific stresses, at what times, and how much for each individual will help you reach your goals.

I want to hang because like you mentioned yourself, it is an efficient exercise. I can be free to multi-task like read or work on the computer. Best case scenerio...some time in the future I too will make a post about having similar gains to yours LOL! But seriously I agree with your point about knowledge being key and I feel like I learn something new everytime I read one of your posts! Just thought I'd let you know.
