The last time I measured, and it has been a while, I was 10.5 inches, EBPL, and 6.5 inches upper shaft girth, 7.0 base girth. I have no reason to believe I have lost anything since my last measure.
Disclaimer: While my gains were great, I was lucky in physiology, and the ability to hang all day. Very few guys will reach the level of gains that I did. So do not expect that type of result. I have had two emails from guys that have approached or exceeded my results though. Neither of those guys wish to participate in the forums however, which is a shame.

You are correct. I have little experience with them. My thought is that, for many, if not most guys, they do not have the ability to permanently deform the important tissues. But they do have the ability to assist in the deformation. IOW, a guy could use
hanging to do the heavy work, then apply an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to continue the stresses while in the fatigued state. Much like my recommendation to continue to hang, at reduced
weight, after fatigue is encountered. Just use an exender instead.
