what is the best manual ligament stretch? I don't have any pe equipment so I have to resort to strictly manual exercises
I want the ligs to really pop and get the length going
i want to have a nine inch cock already :cool:

A Lunge Jelq will do the trick.
 
Look up "The Ultimate Lig Stretch" AKA Hook Stretch by Blue Whale. These really isolate the ligs and allow you to apply force directly to the ligs. I don't know how long you've been doing Penis Enlargement but go slow with these and hook more towards the center and not the sides. Look up a picture of the suspensory ligament to see what I'm talking about

I have that same 9 inches length goal. I heard BTC is the best exercise to stretch the Ligs.
