I find that hard to believe, but I have heard of places where shipping was too high to the point where the user bought it @ counterfeit due to that purpose alone.

Are you all able to contact amazon and get rid of fraudulent sellers? Seems it was bought through amazon from what looks to be a wholesaler of fake products or it was bought from the "other sellers" list. Have to watch out for the "other sellers" list as it's not a fulfillment from amazon and they probably don't stand behind those purchases if it turns out that the product(s) are fake.

Yes the pump is one of ours. Batch date was 2012, so it is an old stock pump.
