Bathmate PAIN sucking top of testicle tubes at base of penis

Tryied it out for the first time tonight engorged my dick nicely.
But it sucking up spermatic chord (testicle tubes) at the base of pump (pubic bone) area.

Anything to help with this?
Is it because my girth is not big enough so it is sucking skin around base?

Fill in gator hole so it ain't so big?

Hey Mike I got a question. Sorry to have to ask you, but I just tried to make an account on Bib's site and it won't fucking let me. Wtf? any style of clamping/banding of the scrotum and testicles seems to work well. personally, I CableClamp my balls and the clamp hits the tube when it gets pulled up, stopping my balls before they even get close to the tube

It is this product and you can see in the picture it comes with two silicone type rings . All i did was use one ring and size it for the scrotum and when i got it fitted correctly i slide one ball through at a time and after both are in they will never pinch or pull upward into the pump.

I even found it on sale at site for $ 9 dollars and i have used it daily for over a year and it has not broke yet .

I must say, this is the best way to do it ever. I think I just had my first pump with absolutely no ball pain.
