Insane to say that diet isn't important to grow tissue. Food is what is fueling your body.

1 - 1.5 cm can happen fast if bundled stretches are implemented. Replace all stretches with bundled stretches, and do them with a fulcrum device like a broomstick/Power Assist 2 or preferably LengthMaster 3, and you will be amazed of how fast it can happen.

Hard extender work and lengthmastering are to intense for the penis, if you do both at the same time. You will not allow the tissue to heal between the sessions, if you are stretching hard with the Length;aster 3 + stretching hard with an extender.
If you are using an extender, then that should only be used to keep your penis in an elongated healing state. Stretching with LengthMaster 3 is enough to increase your length.

But make sure you keep your penis in an elongated state at all times during the day.

Is simple wrap with a tie (like in the picture) is enough? or should i use passive strecher or low force extender with much less length im using right now?

Also this is how much full of blood my glans become when i strech with LM (attached) not sure if that supposed to be

In any sustainable growth and maintenance, nutritional diets and constant work are required. Think of your physiological muscles. You can pump to gain, but when you stop, you get muscle degradation and degeneration. Just like PE, gains need cementing and maintenance.

Bundle stretches is the go to active and aggressive method. I incorporated the bundle stretches into a semi active method with hanging as well while stretching my tight muscles from too much cycling or during resting. Do remember that too much exertion can damage your penis. Pay attention to the pain limitations your body is telling you. When I restarted, my pain limitations was around 2kg of weight. After a few weeks, my weight limit is around 3.4kg. Do realize that you must allow your penis the time to progressive adapt from 1kg toward the upper limits.

Critical points take home:
1. Short burst stretches to initiate micro tears. Never force weight load beyond what your penis is telling you. Sharp pains are the limits. Dull pains before the sharp is what you're looking for.

2. Solidify the tears with new growth using all day stretcher (ADS) or wrap with constant tension no greater than 1.2kg. I do emphasize on the 1.2kg limit. Do not exceed this. At the start, I could only handle around 6 hours before my glans got very sensitive. Now, I can push to 24 hours with ease again. Some like to use the traction device but it's too bulky. I prefer the ADS with the vacuum cylinder. Easy to put on and remove when needed. Easy to put tension according to my needs.

So far, this is only me, I easily cemented 0.7cm after 3 months of continual work. What you put in is what you get out.

This is both. I do semi active weight hanging while doing other things, attempting to mirror the bundle stretches. Think of it as multitasking for PE. Do pay attention to where the pains are located each time.

Pain at the base of the penis means your ligaments are under stresses. Same as at the shaft of the penis. This is great but you have to back things off for the penis to adjust. If you have pain at the base of the glans, specifically where the frenulum is, this is quite common for the uncircumcised men. The protrusion of nerves along that frenulum are like landmines of pains. Wrap up with foam rubber protector. If you are circumcises, and the pain is more along the rim of the glans, you just have to wrap the protection around the rim more along with the base of the glans until the skin can tolerate the friction and stresses.

So, do pay attention to what kind of pain it is, where, and why the pain comes about. Adjust accordingly.

Sharp pain is never a good thing. That is your body warning you of potential danger. @oldandlively 's advice is absolutely spot on.

There is no way to know how much force is being applied through manuals. The sharp pain can either be associated with a wrapping issue and/or a tissue fatigue issue. Only you can figure that out. If it is tissue fatigue, just reduce the amount of stress and try to get your reps in. Obviously, if it is still too intense, then end your session early. Do not try and push through.

I agree 100%. This have been my experience as well.

Some days I ended my bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3 early, becouse the tissue was already exhausted after set 1 (due to: stretching to many days in a row + to high intensity).

Also If I did maximum amounts of bundles the first set (set 1 of 2), I didn't needed to bundle as much in set 2, and I could also stretch with less intensity/force to feel a deep stretch. All this is hard to write down, so everyone can follow. You are the one that needs to regulate the intensity.

As I always say you need to listen to your penis, and only you will know when it's to much. Be safe about it.

You want to hold on the glans, during the entire clamp down procedure, and it's super important that you are 100% flaccid when attaching your penis into the chamber

Also clamp down all the way.

I asked about the wrapping after for elongation is it enough or better with some vaccum extender.

Vaccum ADS (all day stretcher == low tention) would be better, becouse you can heal your tissue at a longer elongated state. But you can grow fast as well without it.

But my suggestion to you are, never let your penis turteling/retract during the day. Find a wrap or some other ways to keep your penis elongated all day long.

DLD big fan man, got your stealth stretcher, and just got the power assist. I also use the Penimaster pro.
I typically wake up, and start my day by stretching, jelqing and then pumping 2x2x5
Then towards the evening, I do some hand stretches and use my stretchers.
I feel like I’ve been getting great results.
But about two days ago I started with a jelq, then got erected, went to pump and immediately ejaculated.
So I gave it a couple days, warmed up, stretched, and same exact thing.
I think this is a result of pumping a little bit hard or something.
Should I just take a break?
I really hate to lose progress.

Tasking rest/break do not make you loose progress.
I totally agree brother. I allow myself to have some breaks at times for recovery.
So what I did was, I ejaculated, then waited a bit and finished both my jelqing and my pumping.
My erection quality is great, I see no signs of injury
I try to balance between being aggressive and pushing forward, and patiently building stamina.
I suspect my kegel muscle are a bit wore out, but nothing to bad.

That is how I have gained my size. Optimal balance of forcing the tissue to grow. VERSUS. healing/rest. Everything according to 🔗 SRT.

Due to my weird ED issues I've had off and on over the last couple of years, I'd like to ease into PE and slowly ramp up the intensity to avoid injury. What would your recommendation be for me to start out? I'm wanting to focus on erection quality and length for now. I've lost some size due to my erections not being as full as they used to be and I'd like to regain that plus more.

The best possible routine to grow the fastest is SRT. This will not only give you better erections.It'll help you grow the fastest pace possible

I have hypermobility type so I'm not like.. fragile but.. not sure whether to be worried. Thing is, I want to think because my collagen is more stretchy than 'normal' people that I should be able to get nice gains. So far, no discolorations or spots so maybe I can go harder.
2) I'm already at 8.5 inches BPEL. Is there any reason to do lengthening exercises?? I am at 5 3/8 inch EG from midshaft to head and closer to 6 inch EG toward base. Trying to get consistently 6 inch EG at minimum. I'd be happy with that hehe.

Welcome to MOS brother. I don't know.much about the first part of your post. But for the second part, 8.5 inches is very perfect but you can just add one more inch to that and then take your girth to 6.5 inches. So at the end you will have 9.5 x 6.5.

A very monstrous size if you ask me.

Thanks! Hey, I wouldn't mind being 9.5x6.5 if EQ was solid and no discoloration.

Discoloration is a part of PE. As long as you are consistently pumping, there is bound to be some discoloration. But the food news is that, they do go away by the time you stop pumping.

I'm only using it for healing and recovery. 15 min after session and 30 minutes per day have worked for me.
You can also use it to warm up your tissue deep inside, but personally I prefer an old heating fan for that.

Masturbation do not belong to penis enlargment. Edging, balooning, Kegel and Jelq's does.
Keeping your tissue semi-expanded and elongated throughout the day, with edging, balooning sessions in between will cement your gains faster.

Warmup is so important just as warm down. Preparing the penis for max stretch and expansion is the smartest way to progress. MOS RED is the best way as it not only gives good warm ups and downs it also benefits you in many ways

Hey, I started the 5x5x3 routine with the mityvac roughly 3 weeks ago. Noticing gains already but my foreskin glans are swollen after I finish and, I also have a bump under my foreskin glans that wasn't there before. Just curious if this is normal or if I should take a break.

I think I'm confused about something. My goal is entirely to increase girth but I've seen a few recommendations to do lengthmaster. Is it essential to also train length while only truly wanting girth? Already 8.5 inch BPEL and ~5.5 EG.

If you don't want more length you should not use LengthMaster 3.
Only doing girthwork is good. That is what I'm doing now.
If you want you can loosen up tunica albigunea with LengthMaster 3 before your girth session, by just rotating your penis back and forth while being clamped down in LengthMaster 3. Like this:

I do not understand exactly. Are you referring to fluid retention?
What does: foreskin glans mean?
