Let's see if @oldandlively knows something about that post. I remember you were on that thread and the post was made by another brother on the thread.
When I purchased the HydroXtreme, there wasn't any info in the manuals for pressure per water out letting pump because there is no gauge. However, there is an an upper safety pressure limit of 16.5 inHg manual pump. We discovered that it was 16.3 inHg using our own rig. Why 16.3inHg? Pressure leak though broken seal for the baffles gaiter after 25 minutes of pressure testing of continual usages. I believe it was after 3 dozen times. We lost of one after we exceeded 24 inHg during perfect pressure seal for 40 minutes during the 4th try.

If you're looking for vac pressure per pumping by itself without the manual pump, I can offer that info if that's what you're looking for. However, it's only an estimate as each unit is slightly different, and each of our pumps is not the same in strength.

Sounds like I'm heading a few needs from the questions.

When you deem it is safe for you to wear the ring all day, and it's comfortable without any issue with fluid retention and pain/numbness/irritation from movement, yes, wear it all day as you continue to cycle your fresh blood in. Never stop. Maintain blood volume at least 70% to 80% your erection level. This is only effective after you pump in the morning. Yes, it does force your tissue to grow faster, or in technical extreme, repair and redevelop faster. The one hour is for those who use the pump without additional time to spare. 60 minutes should be the minimum limit to keep the penis expanded after pumping for the cells to catch up on starting their repairs.

Sorry about that. Hit the post button by accident.

No need for the SiliSleeve if you're chasing after girth and length after pumping. This is to emphasize more on girth than length. For length, you can still use the cock ring to expand and elongated to take advantage. When doing length, the minimum is to wrap it up so it doesn't turtle.

As for massaging, yes, massage to get the blood flow every 5 to 10 minutes. New blood must enter your penis or you will cause blood clotting when using the penis ring.

When the people have no growth after 3 months, the intensity taken is either too low or amount of work is not efficient. This is where we will use a different method to tackle the routines to get a more effective approach. Logs are critical.

Don't forget to keep your penis warm as well in your pants.
Use warm pants when it's cold outside.
Great follow up. Yes, keep your penis warm to promote blood flow when it's cool or cold outside. When you can, also keep your penis aerated. Boxer is a good choice if you don't like commando style. If your glans get irritated from long hours of expansion, use the SiliCap or similar. I have to use mine at times too. No embarrassment there.

What do you mean? I have to use the cockring while 80% erected? I have to be erected every 10 mins when I massage? For me where I have ED its impossible to do something like that!!!!

This is why I stated in the other posts in recognition of your issue, and will try to find methods of approaches.

Yes, 70% to 80% blood volume based on the erected state. It doesn't mean you have to mainra the erection the whole time. At the same time, you have to cycle out the old food to get new one to prevent blood clotting. To find ways around the ED issue, we have to fine tune what you need and exclude what you don't. This is where your journey truly start. You can either work with us to find the solutions or you can research on your own to discover it during the PE journey. We can only do so much to help out. We are limited on some, experience, and knowledge just like the rest of the world.

Question friends, I’m new to the whole penis stretch thing… starting off with a JES extender titanium. I’ve had decent gains since Feb of this year, and as a matter of fact last week I upped to the next extension rods for a few hours, it felt ok but I’m thinking I may have overdone it? You might have added the new extension rod too soon. I will suggest you only use the new extension rod during your last 1 hour set for now. Don't add the new extension rod at the start of the session for the day.

Let's say you are wearing the extender for 4 hours daily, the first 2 hours, use your number extension rod, but for the other two hours, use the new extension rod.

With time, you will start using the new extension rod from the beginning of your session till the end of your session.

Yep, you are at a resistant wall. I have the JES extender as well, with higher springs into the 10lbs loading. You hit a point where the body is telling the penis not to grow any more from too much traumatic stresses. Let your soreness rests a few more days to reset, and force the new rods in to push the stretch limits up more. Suggestions from me if you will:
  • When wearing the JES, twist/rotate the penis with the new rod 180 to 360 degrees for 30 minutes one side, and then the same time the other direction. You are breaking tissues that normally not broken, I'm triggering the body to respond differently. The tension will be maxed out for the compression springs. Try to hang in there.
  • Wear the remaining time up to 2 hours with the penis point down and outwards. Why? Tissue formation is faster against the ligaments.
Lower the tension down to the middle after wards for as long as you can.

I'll take a puck shot at answering this since no one gave a more definitive answer to your questions so far.

The reason why DLD told you not to masturbate after any routine is to maintain the level of free testosterone level in your system. The reason why is when you blow your load, you also drastically decrease the oxytocin and dopamine levels on top of your free testosterone level, and boost your cortisol hormone into high gear. High testosterone level is responsible for inducing/promoting the tissue growth after either muscle or tissue stresses. Oxytocin main your tissue level growth at a constant rate, and dopamine helps to relax your tissues for cellular regeneration and boost your blood flow to deliver necessary building blocks. High cortisol level block tissue growth and reduce the overall level of tissue regeneration.

So, what is the minimum time before you can blow your load off? It all depends on the ow much growth and gain to you want to get out in of each routine. Commonly, a healthy male will regain the needed levels and concentration back in about 4 hours. When you in low your load and suddenly get back your erection, it doesn't mean you suddenly got all your lost level back. It just means you simply use up extra of what you've stores up. You can forgo one of the masterbation sessions for the two routine you do in a day. My suggestion is to blow it off at night and not during the day. Take advantage of the day's high level to keep your system reeved up for repair.

But what about blowing off the morning load and save the night time for growth and repair instead? That is true as well, since there will be more energy being recharged at night for repairing and growth at night. However, you're not tapping into the exposure of available energy and high bioavailable materials from consumption during the day, not to mention the constant blood flow due to activities.

Both times of the day have their merits and demerits. You just have to select one and see which will give you the better outcome.

hey DLD. i need help with increasing my BPEL. My BPFSL stopped increasing. gained .25 in 1 month then it stopped after i took a couple days break because of a blister. Now im looking to match my BPEL of 6 inches to my BPFSL if 6 7/8. Its nearly a 1 inch gap and im thinking this may be a reason im not gaining BPFSL.

what routine would you recomend? im currently doing erect stretches with an extender then puming but i dont think its enough. also, should i do erect stretches first then girth exercise or girth first then erect stretches. Thanks

For me personally, I use the plates at the base of the glans to work my entire penis for elongation. At times, I used the plates directly on the glans to squeeze every bit of blood out of the glans to prevent bruising the glans.

When I need to pull on the muscles and ligaments to pull the hidden segment of the penile shaft that's tugged by the ligaments, I strap the plates about 2in above the base. This allows the penile shaft to be pull between my legs and in 3 minutes, the tissues relaxed in a stretches state to pull behind my butt cheeks. I can feel so much being pull from within that my ligaments and muscles might as well be torn off. That's barely 6lbs of traction force being applied of course. That's how strong of the LM leverage system is.

You can buy hydrocortisone cream 1% and apply to the area once in a day.

It will disappear with time. But also hear in mind that, people do experience discoloration during PE.

This is very common. When, and not if, you suffered blistering or skin peeling in the past, you lower skin layer, the young layer, surfaces. As your glans expands, the young skin looks larger, which is quite typical. New skin is constantly replace and mending as your glans expands. Older skin areas already has time to blend the pigmentation to a uniform shades, where as the new skin has yet to get that same level of pigmentation. It will in due time.

If you want good quick pigmentation, use the red light therapy to heal and get the color back. If you want to get it back faster, lay naked for an hour each day directly exposed to the sun with your glans in full exposure. You may have ladies licking their lips if they see you.

Thanks brother! No, it doesnt hurt per se but it is way more sensitive than the rest of the glans. I just picked up some hydrocortisone, im going to try that route as Im 6 weeks in with no improvement. Glad to know it will go away, I was not looking foreword to him being nicknamed Gorbachev.

Water retention is the fluid buildup you get on the penis when you pump with too high of a pressure with a penis pump.

The fluid gets trapped and makes the area swollen or puffy.

Okay so almost like water weight when you try to gain muscles but more superficial and kind of like water trapped in the skin or flesh of the penis? Just ordered my MityVac and want to make sure that I understand all of this well. I have the Hydomax but after watching you demonstrate the MityVac I thought it was more impressive especially with the pressure gauge. But to make sure that I understand fully, wearing something to protect against direct water contact while expanding the penis is recommended so that water is not retained within the skin?

Correct. This is why you don't leave your penis under negative pressure more than 5 minutes at a time. You have to use the slow squash jelq to reduce and eliminate any fluid build up, revealing the true expansion results from each session of pumping.

No need. Just slowly work on the pressure going up. Baseline pressure you condition up to is 3.5inHg and 4.5inHg. growth starts at 5inHg. Make sure only to go up 1inHg every 2 to 3 weeks. Do not rush and make sure to adjust properly.

There's no issue with having your penis rest fully on rest day. Just don't let it rest too long. As the brothers indicated, "Don't let rest days become holidays."

@DLD Please assist brother @bamboleo on the measurement suggestions and shipping needs to Euro.

@bamboleo make sure to provide the info in details on what you want to do. For example, you want to use the tools for length and girth gains over time, or you want to pursue one and not the other. Why? Because adding a new smaller additional items will bolster the work faster. For example:

If you want to use the pump more than the Length Master because you feel more comfortable with it, and at the same time you want length and girth with the pump, multiple cylinders are needed. Larger cylinders than your penis will make you gain girth. Same size cylinder as your penis will force the penis to elongate, causing length to gain.
