Question about jelqs. I'm not sure if it's my grip but I really don't see expansion when doing the basic jelqs upward. Maybe the blood is just flowing out too quickly? Downward jelq gives me best expansion with thumb going across the top of shaft.

Switch to the SSJ. check video albums on how to do this exercise. There is no better jelq

Is there anything wrong with doing the squash and isolated compressions while wearing a cocking? I used a tight silicone fat ring and pushed against it for quite a bit of expansion. I can even squeeze around it to direct blood forward for the squash. Is doing at 90-100% erection risky?

Also, is there such a thing as too much red light? My red light panel has a hook and chain to hang it and each side and I fashioned a stand to basically hang the panel about 6-8 inches above where I am doing my 'work'. So I'd have red light on me for the whole session and after.

I've done 80 to 100% squashes during and after pumping. It's more on the matter whether you are primed for that kind of intense workout. Those who are prone to get blisters, or even newbies that are not conditioned, can get blood blisters (hematomas). This is where you have to gauge yourself.

As for red light, definitely go by the books on dosage. 15 to 25 J/cm2 is enough if you're using daily. It's all about how well your panel is working, the specs (the real measured specs), and the time vs distance to obtain the proper daily dose. Athletes go as high as 75 J/cm2 but they only dose once or twice before a day of break. Same with those who have severe injuries. 2 days of heavy dosing, one day off.

currently stretching bundled and with a broomstick as i want to target length first. should i be targeting the ligaments or the tunica. these two topics confuse me as ive tried to research them on the site.
also, what should the intensity be like when stretching? when i stretch i would feel a sting and lower the intensity a bit.

You should stretch with all your strength. The penis is very residual.Oh i'm heals quickly. After a session, you should feel aching at the base of your penis.

I've wondered something. How well does a cockring hold erection % for most people? It might be my Ehlers-danlos hypermobility contributing to venous leaking, but even a tight c-ring doesn't hold erection very long, it just slows the descent. I would say if I stop stimulating myself, erection % drops to like 80-90% rather quickly. Within about 5-10 minutes, I am down to like 30%? So I'm not sure what most peoples experience is.

It really depends on how much blood you could keep in your penis.If there's leakage a cockring will not hold that size. What you can do is do in an intense kegel routine everyday. This will allow you to hold more penis. Blood and keep you erect while in a ring.

Depending on the cock ring diameter And thickness, and what you aim for. Most cock rings nowadays designed to accommodate you 70% of your fully erected girth at the very back bone pressed base. However, having it anywhere else, the same applies. The rings are accommodating to the expansion by allowing flexibility without pinching or over constricting. Me, personally, I like to use the ring that is 60% of my erected girth at the base, giving that extra constriction to add an additional glans flare during hyper sensitivitive moment.

The thickness and wideness of the ring also plays a role in providing extra ring shape rigidity and constriction. The thicker and wider the ring, on top of smaller diameter, the hard the constriction role it plays in holding the blood in the chambers. However, you can't cycle the new blood in fast enough to prevent the penis from turning blue, purple, and numb.

At 80% of erected girth diameter, I lose 50% of my erection without stimulation in 3 minutes. At 70% ring diameter to my base girth, I retain 100% of erection all the way in until I have no use for the erection, and drop of 80% erection if I have no stimulation in 4 minutes. At 60% of the girth diameter, it's 100% erection with numbness after 30 minutes, and drop to 90% erection without stimulation in 5 minutes.

Hope that gives you some side by side comparison to yours.

After reading some post on the forum and I started using a cock ring after a pump session(10 minutes of constant pressure). Is it safe to wear the cock ring if I notice the fluid retentionat the bottom of the shaft right behind the head? And can DND or anybody point me in the direction of a routine to follow?

I have a question about reverse kegels while stretching. Are you guys doing more of a push and release on repeat or push and hold for an extended time 10-15 plus seconds?

Both. Short 1 to 2 seconds for fast twitch tissues development (powerful ejaculation delivery) and slow hold for 5 to 10 seconds to develop ejaculation prevention.

I just can't for the life of me keep an erection after doing them, which is rather counterproductive. Are they preparing the tunica for the SSJ and pumping immediately following or is the effect longer lasting? I guess what I am thinking is do those stretching at a different time in the day and just do a very quick warmup and go right into the SSJ and pumps.

Warm up can be as little as standard heat compression, and add in light stretches and yanking on the penis just to give it a good pliability preparation without any burden strength. It's like rotating your muscles and joints while you're warming up your body with a bit of heat.

If you can't get your erection for the SSJ after bundle stretches, don't do girth work and length work. One or the other. As beginner, you'll won't be able to do it as your fatique may be too great. Separate them a few hours apart. Length in the morning, girth at night, or the other way around. Straight through with both can be too much. I do length work most of the day, ease up on my length work tension a few hours before my girth work, and my girth work is solid with erection at night.

When I did both length and girth work within the couple of hours, I could never get a full 100% erection because of the fatigue buildup. Length work is an erection killer. Too high intensity girth work alone can also be an erection killer.

Is there any chance I can get a replacement silicap2? Mine tore and it's been less than a week. It was the one that came with the mityvac.
I had a silicap2 that tore after a couple of uses as well. I think it was because I pulled it too tight at the top. I’ve since gotten a longer model and leave room at the top to expand into. No problems since.

Mine tore at the bottom. It started as a tiny nick on the inside. Not even a hole. Just a little piece taken out. Every time it stretched, it got wider until it poked through then started ripping. It ripped while I was pumping. Are there options I'm not seeing? The one that came with mityvac is 8'' long x 7/8'' wide. In the store, that's the biggest one I see.

My theory is that the tightness of the shaft is preventing my growth. ive tried SSJ with air pump but it didnt do anything. Need help targeting the shaft. Thanks

Consistent pumping will eventually even it all out. It's normal for.many of us to notice bigger expansion at the base than other parts of the penis.

With consistency, you can achieve that. Also, try targeting the mid shaft more with the SSJ by simply measuring the OK grip at the base 1 inch upward.

You just relax fully into the stretch.
You are relaxing your PC muscles (also known as pelvic floor or pubococcygeus muscles).

I believe many are overthinking this.
You want to do this in order to stretch your entire penis in every stretch, including your inner penis and ligaments.

The harder you stretch, the easier it is to relax fully into the stretch. You can relax, and do reverse Kegel for 5 minutes this way without a problem (full relaxation for 5 minutes stretches). But it can take some time to trust the full relaxation into the stretch. You can even do it for 10 minutes if you like.

Here is a secret.
I have never used a cock ring.
I prefer this setup. This is my penis elongation wrap I have on my penis all day long. It keeps my penis elongated and semi-expanded. If it's cold outside there is risk for some fluid retention, but otherwise this have been great for me. I re-wrap if I need to urinate.

My belif is that this wrap have helped me to cement both length and girth/thickness.
As I said I have never used a cock ring.

Try it! It may work for you.
It may take some time to get it to work. How hard you wrap is important, not to hard and not to loose.

Is it advisable to pump with a condom on? Would it help with fluid retention? I haven't had any fluid retention so far but I am wondering it would work in theory.

What do you guys think about using hanging weights and then pumping afterwards ?
Everyone is different. When you start out, hanging weight (depending on the weight loads) is practically doing lengthening work. It's an aggressive and passive way to get your tissues to stress before pumping. If you just start out, you'll see a moderate result using weights up to 7lbs. If your penis is not conditioned (preprogrammed) to take on the traction force, you'll suffer numbness and EQ issues, especially after pumping.

So, it's all based on what you're doing. My suggestion is not to just wrap the base of your glans and hang. Get a vacuum cup with hanging support if you're going this route, like the SiliStretcher. It allows you to both hang and post-pump elongation for long hours (using larger cup size for comfort).

Are a starter in hanging, do not use more than 5 of weight and a session shouldn't exceed 20 mins. You should do some passive PE usual to get the most out of the hanging gains.

And lastly, do at least 5 minutes of bundled stretches right before every 20 minutes hanging session. You will gain faster this way.

Love your safety limit there brother. I use 5lbs every 2 to 3 days. 7lbs is to break the cycle if I use the 5lbs 2 days in a row. The feeling of stretchy and heavy expansion is crazy.

I know hanging works very well but I just hate and fear it all together. Hahaha
Hanging work can be very beneficial if you know how to use it correctly. I rather go for high intensity bundle stretches, but hanging work allows you to work on other things while allow the gravitational works in your favor. Something like wearing the ADS and allow the dynamic high tensions during movement to do the work for your in semi-active phases.

Most brothers that use hanging weights either go too strongly and not paying attention, becoming too zealous with extreme weights, and suffer. But allowing that 2.5lbs, 5lbs, 7lbs, and 10lbs inter-change to break the conditioning cycle actually help to promote cell elongation and expansion. This is not about more cells being cramped into the gaps. By using gravitational pull between 2 to 2.5lbs, you actually help your cells to stretch and expand into larger sizes, rather than more cell crowding. Same for ADS using 1.5lbs to 2.5lbs. You're helping your cells to elongate and grow. Hanging that 5lbs to 10lbs to snap the smaller cells, the smaller and larger ones continue to grab the organelles and incorporate themselves into larger cells under exocytosis and endocyctosis processes. Read up on the two findings that have been discussed in the biocellular and biochemistry symposia for decades.
