Are new veins a sign of gains?

I think i have a nice new vein coming up on the top of my dick. It's quite thin but it runs from about 1 inch up from my base to about 1 inch before my glands so it's about 4 inches long. It hasn't protruded the surface yet so i can't feel it but i can see it. Are new veins a sign of gains coming? I have been working my dick quite a lot.

It isn't 'the cord' where the tunica becomes tough and prevents gains, this things definitely a vein. It's kinda cute, like a baby Corpora Cavernosum. Like their little brother. Haha. I can't remember the last time i had a new vein.
 
Veins will become more prominent after you start Penis Enlargement, this is normal. You always had this vein it is just visible now due to increased blood flow.

Well, increased blood flow to my rod isn't gonna do anything negative. Maybe the vein popped up because my dick called in back up. It knews over the next month it's getting hit for a home run.

Just small veins becoming big.
 
Vascularity is a sign of healthy blood flow. Bodybuilders get vascular from lifting. Penis Enlargement is a set of exercises that make your penis vascular as it grows.
