Anybody have ridgid bumps like this

ok ill try by best to explain this.

When im hard and about to come when masturbating or sex or whatever, underneath the head of my penis i have what feels like scars. but when i pull my foreskin down and the skin just underneath the head, it looks like little lumps and when you stretch that particular skin you can see what it is, its like thin white veins that are ridgid ( these however arent veins and they dont hurt when squeezed, you can even pinch it up through the skin and squeeze it and its like a coil of scarring rolled up or something, its very dificult to explain. I thought it was scarring at first but now i dunno cuz it can be pinched and squeezed and stuff. I'm not sure what it is and ive never heard of it before.

anybody who knows shed some light?

I Think It Could Just Be Scar Tissue Etc. I Wouldnt Worry Unless Pain Or Fluid Inside The Scars Etc.

Common occurence in males who have been cut to have little white bumps on ridge of head, it is in most anatomy books or you can have a google at it.

I have the same problem,but mine is clearly the veins! It was always purple and the last year or so it become white. Its not painfull or swollen its just prominent the white. But I will not classify it as bumps it is just weird. I have googled and can get nothing on this. I am just worried it might be a lesion or something.

I think I also have what you mean- much bigger than Fordyce spots/bumbs (which I also have). Almost like a lump on the underside of my shaft, prominent only when erect, yes?
