any harm or any gains?

i was reading DLD'S posts and came across one of his theories. i believe it was the pulsory 110 or something like that. i was w ondering has any tried stretching in each direction by stretchingyour penis to a 100 % then back to 0% in 1 second intervals. i was thinking if you 10 sets of a 100 in each direction that would give you a good stretch . can any one tell if this does any harm or has anyone tried this?
 
It sounds like you are describing either PLYOMETRIC STRETCHES or JAI STRETCHES. Both of these exercises are awesome as a supplement to a conventional stretching routine but alone they may not give you length too quickly. This type of stretching is a sort of shock therapy, in theory. You can read about it more HERE.
