(Andractim)Stretch marks/blood spot=growth?

Hey all wts up?..ok so i started using Andractim gel on my penis when i do my exercises about 2weeks ago for a few times/week. I've also been lazy lately so i Penis Enlargement every other day..
A few days ago i noticed stretch marks on my penis(horizontal)small ones..
and also a big red spot on my penis(blood?)..
What does this mean? can anyone help me?

Where is the blood spot? if its on your shaft and you jelq its probably from burst blood vessels from jelqing. If so its nothing to worry about, purely cosmetic, just make sure to warm up properly before Penis Enlargement'ing.

Dont know about the stretch marks.
