Are the gains really GAINS though? Seems like pumping does not alter the penis inside of the tunica. For me it only draws fluids outside the tunica for a temporary squishy feeling gain... which I'd gone the next day.

Temporary gains lead to permanent gains. As girth expands with each session so does the Tunica. As the Tunica is slowly stretched permanent girth is established. It is a process that will repeat itself until you get to your goals.

@ThatDude512, What's your experience with the PHALLOSAN forte. I recently got the XL bell, so now I can finally use it. But is it worth it, to have your penis in plastic all day long? Just looking for some experience report from the PHALLOSAN forte.

Okey! That was interesting to know. I feel pretty much the same, I want to treat it like a training session.
You go in -> You are done.
A wrap with a bandage, feels more sustainable for me to keep it longated over time.

I probably will do that, even if it takes a little more time to get to 8".
