NEW PC Workout Version 1.0

PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x

PC Squeeze - Alternate between a Short Squeeze and a Long Squeeze (Around 2 second hold) - 200 squeezes

PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible in the strongest squeeze. Once the squeeze weakens, then stop. - 2x

PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x

Do this exercise once a week, for now.

I'd like for people to try this one out and let me know what your results are.

Everyday? I wouldn't recommend it, but you are free to do as you like. If you do decide to do it everyday, let me know how you are feeling each day from the exercise.

Just got done with one session...my pc muscle got a great workout. I'll keep updates. Doing 200 of the squeezes wasn't easy either. I don't think doing it everyday is a good idea now that I just got done with this....

Heh heh... I told you. But, doing it 2 times a week wouldn't be a bad idea tho. I'm currently doing it once a week (every Monday, and you can check my progress here:http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24291)

You can try doing it every Sunday (since you just did it today) and Thursday. See how it goes then. But again, since this a an INTENSE workout, you don't want to overtrain with everyday training, because it will probably be too difficult to even complete.
 
Hydromaxmmmm interesting. And I was just looking for a good PC routine. I think I will modify it and go from 200 squeezes to 100 and try it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Thanks for the Routine AlfAlphie.

I think you'll soon see that doing it 3 days a week may be too difficult. Nevertheless, keep me updated.
