After clamping a hard lump at the base of penis. Should I get worried

I did clamping just now and saw my base of penis swollen. When I felt it with my fingers it was a hard lump. What should I do. Is it a problem or is it normal.

I experienced a similar thing when from pumping. I took a total of 8 days off PE and the lump faded off.
