advice on injury

Hi guys.

I've lurked here for a while, mostly getting advice about [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] use. After getting an injury over a month ago I stopped Penis Enlargement completely, but it has not healed.

After doing quite a lot of googling, I found out that it is probably blocked lymph. I have two "lumps" around my glans, which are sometimes just red and other times have a slightly white colour. They are not really hard to the touch and they do not hurt, but I don't like the look of them and worry about what girls will think. I would really like to get rid of them!

Somewhere I read that reverse jelqs would get rid of them, but I tried them a few days ago and it made it look worse! Do you guys think I am right thinking it's some kind of lymph clot? Should I keep trying reverse jelqs?

I've attached photos (NSFW) to try and show you what they look like (one large-ish lump and one small), sorry my camera isn't very good.

Thanks for any advice!

:( No it isn't an STD.

They appeared right after using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at max pressure. (my own fault for maxing it too quickly)

This may be pearly penile papules. Many guys get this, if this is what you have and many believe that smokers toothpaste is a cure for this. Check out this thread.

Thanks for the info but I don't think it's that either.

I did a load more googling and found some information. I think it's "sclerosing lymphangitis" or a "lymphocele". There's not much info about how to treat it, but read again somewhere that you should massage the area.

I'll try to massage daily and let you guys know if this gets rid of it.

I think you should go see your doctor and ask him about a treatment for this. Say that during sex and masturbation it inflames (you do not need to tell them you are doing Penis Enlargement) and see what they say. It could be useful to many who many be running into the same lack of information with similar issues.

This is an old thread but I thought I would post in case someone else has a similar condition.

I first thought this was sclerosing lymphangitis. There doesn't seem to be a treatment for that other than just waiting for it to go. After probably about 6 months it was still there, although it became whiter and changed slightly. I decided to see a doctor to determine if I was correct about it being lymphangitis. (yes, I know I should have gone earlier!)

She was pretty certain it wasn't an STD and thought it may be "lichen planus". She is going to refer me to an STD clinic because she thinks they will know more about it (not because she thinks it's an infection). Reading up on it I think she's probably right. The annoying thing is there might not be a definite cure, will post again after I've been to STD clinic, could be 2-3 weeks.

The cause is unknown but I have a feeling for me it may be caused by friction and trauma. This is because I had some new spots appear once after masturbation. Originally it COULD have been caused by rubbing on the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], as I have a slight upward curve the affected area often pushed against the top of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. If I heal up and use it again I would use lube just in case.

Here are some images of lichen planus on the penis:

Good luck with your appointment. Two things came to mind when I was reading this and they would not hurt to try, Hydrocortisone has cleared up many skin issues for me so it may be worth a try, Bacitracin is another ointment that may work. Keep us up on what is happening.

Thanks DLD, I'm still waiting to hear about an appointment but I'll check those out if they don't prescribe me anything.

Good to know.

Had my appointment today and they confirmed it was lichen planus, although I still went through all the standard STD tests.

They gave me this steroid cream:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clobetasol_propionate

...and said it normally works! They just handed it over to me, I didn't have to wait for a prescription (not sure if you normally need one to buy it).

I'm quite relieved that they didn't just tell me to wait it out. They say it can heal on it's own but the cream speeds up the process. I have a check up in about 7 weeks. Advice to anyone with an unusual injury - see a doctor straight away! Gets it sorted faster :)

Good news, I am happy your mind is at ease!
