Also when exercising the pc muscle i find tht i feel i'm working it more when erect and are erect kegels still as effective as flacid kegels ?? and how many should be done every day for best results, and as i haven't really been doin them on a regular basis woul;d i have to tart out with low reps to ease back into things.
