I'm thinking of incorporating DLD Bends into my routine.
I still like stretching and jelqing and want to keep them in my routine.
Do you guys think it is better to do the DLD Bends before my jelqing, or after my jelqing?
I know you are supposed to have a decent erection 50-70% for the bends, but sometimes it's difficult to get that erect after a jelqing session. BUT, if I do the Bends first and then jelq, my penis doesn't feel as plump and I feel as though the Bends were just a waste of time.
Everyone's opinion would be greatly appreciated.
