Advice needed on DLD Bends...

Hey everyone,

I'm thinking of incorporating DLD Bends into my routine.

I still like stretching and jelqing and want to keep them in my routine.

Do you guys think it is better to do the DLD Bends before my jelqing, or after my jelqing?

I know you are supposed to have a decent erection 50-70% for the bends, but sometimes it's difficult to get that erect after a jelqing session. BUT, if I do the Bends first and then jelq, my penis doesn't feel as plump and I feel as though the Bends were just a waste of time.

Everyone's opinion would be greatly appreciated.
 
I would do them afterwords as your penis will have the most expansion and you can stretch it even more to get the most before you do a warm down.

Anyone else agree that this is the best route - to do the Bends AFTER I jelq?
 
I always went with jelq, jelq, bend. This kept a very good rytHydromax and I got a good balance between jelqs and bends. I think, for myself, straight bending would get boring.

When you say jelq, jelq, bend, do you mean:
Day 1: jelq
day 2: jelq
day 3: bend

OR

To just rotate between jelqing and bending during the same Penis Enlargement session?
