currently my girth routine is 5 x 12 minute clamping sets with 4 min jelq/ recovery inbetween.
After two days however, on the third day I am all but beat up down there. If I rest the third day and come back I can repeat the process of 2 on and 1 off ok with good expansion. Does this seem reasonable? My max girth in the clamp is slowly going up and I would train everyday if I thought it would create more gains.
*I do all kinds of squeezes and bends to increase expansion. By the end of my workout my chambers are sore.
Final quesion - I have pumped for 6 months as well. With all the hanging and clamping I am doing I am wondering how i should (and if) i should keep this up as well during this intense training. If so how often would you recommend? My main goal would be just to maintain what I am able to pump to and keep myself conditioned to it...
