I've been a follower of this site for about half a year now, and have been implementing some of the newbie routines on and off for some time now - with a busy univ. schedule its hard to keep a steady routine...
anyway, recently i've been managing my time properly and have found a way to fit Penis Enlargement in almost every day. Anyway, that's beside the point. I want to share something i've discovered for a more intense Jelq.
It's simple really: with a 60 to 80% erection, before grabbing the base of the penis with the ok-grip, i squeeze my PC muscle (effectively kegeling blood into the penis). As soon as i squeeze i grab the base and do a routine Jelq up to 1/2inch below the glans. I then keep repeating the process with the same hand, until i get tired, and then switch. I also make sure my grip is extremely tight as it helps with the intensity.
So, in summary, it goes:
1)squeeze pc muscle
2)make tight ok grip at base
3)release pc squeeze (sometimes i like to maintain the squeeze throughout the Jelq, i havent determined yet if this makes a difference or not)
4)do routine Jelq
The intensity i've experienced from this is overwhelming, and I can actually see my penis being engorged with blood and enlarging (albeit, temporarily... for now anyway
