AB Silicone Ordering Help

Does anyone know or have a good contact for the guy who runs the AB Silicone site? I placed an order on Monday that hasn't shipped, I tried reaching out to the sales e-mail without a response. Just want to touch base, see if there is a problem or something. Thanks brothers!

i went through a similar problem of getting in touch with them....i wrote them a mail regarding a query....but got no response for weeks....later a mail came saying 'sorry our communication lines or server was down so sorry for late response.you may kindly contact us now.'......something like this but i didnt try after that....

I think I am going to have to contact PayPal and get a reimbursement because nothing is happening and I can't get a reply. Can someone recommend an alternative to order similar products? Ring of power, similar silicone sleeves?

well i head many people have ordered from AB silicone and it doesnt look like a scam site....YKM also ordered you can ask him...

I have filed a dispute with PayPal and will give the seller 72 hours to resolve it or request the refund from PayPal and let them handle it. It's a shame it has to come to this because the devices were exactly what I was looking for, and provided they worked I would have reviewed them extensively and posted my results on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

That is the beauty of PayPal! It makes the seller responsible and PayPal always protects the buyer.

I had an issue with my sleeve not being shipped but when I emailed them they shipped it the next day. You can order absilicone through amazon now. I've seen other have this issue in other forums. I wonder what is going on with ABS

I had to open a dispute with PayPal, but once I did the order shipped the next day. Not the best way to have to go about things, but I will try to judge the product based on it's merits and not the shipping.

I found their customer service to be non-existent, when I purchased my sleeves I never received a confirmation email with tracking number as stated on the website yet my card had been charged instantly, a few weeks went by & nothing. I tried contacting them at least 5 or 6 times after that & received no response at all. They eventually arrived nearly 2 months later, i used them a couple of times but didn't really like them, so i went back to using [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] instead.

Not sure if that makes it safer, paypal will protect you though if you use them as a payment method (as I always try to).

Yup, PAYPAL will stand behind any buyer, if they are not happy PAYPAL will get your money back.

ya but DLD paypal has stopped indian transactions like i told you earlier....so i am a bit worried about ordering the sleeves from ABsilicone after listening to their response here.....but i need the sleeves also...

I remember you got to 9 inches with the help of the SG. Are you still at 9 inches?
