This is a pretty simple but powerful stretch. It is similar to rotary stretches in it's ever changing point of intensity. As the title states this is a stretch that fluctuates between the A stretch and Y stretch. I have always liked an exercise that covers multiple places to keep an elastic like momentum between multiple positions. The A to Y stretch fits the bill and it leaves you feeling thoroughly stretched.
A to Y stretch:
In a completely flaccid state stretch your penis outward. Now, using an open OK grip with the thumb on top and the forefinger on bottom of shaft at the base. I start with the A stretch (This stretch will only go over the finger opposed to it going over the wrist.) Stretch downward against the fulcrum of the forefinger. This will start the exercise. I hold the A stretch position for 15 seconds before changing into the Y stretch. This flux between the 2 positions can be done for as long as your strength is left. I will do these fore 15 to 20 minutes.
I think you will realize the intensity of going in a continuous motion between A and Y stretches. As I stated, it feels very much like a rotary but it only occupies 2 position. These 2 stretches are 2 of the most powerful stretches available.
