A Stretches VS. Manual Stretching?

Hey swingin' (or soon to be) dudes,

I recently started doing more A stretches and less manual stretches from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], and I don't feel as much of a stretch in my ligs as when I just pull on my dick, especially straight down. I also get some chafing when I do the A stretch, and feel most of the pull through my shaft, not the base or the ligs. Can anyone else relate? When I used to manual stretch, my ligs were sore as hell afterwards, but the A stretch doesn't give me all that.

Peace

Some people react differently to the A-Stretch. My advice is continue with basic stretching if you feel a better stretch. As far as soreness goes, it is not a great way to gauge your efforts. As I said in a post yesterday, measurements are king when you want to know what is working or not but give yourself enough time to see the gains before changing the routine.
