A-Stretch vs Basic Stretching

hi I am using the basic stretching as my stretching exercise and i have gained from it.
now i think about replace it with the A-Stretch for better results.

which exercise is going to bring better and faster results?
 
Why not do both? You could just replace the outward stretches with A-Stretches.

If you find a better stretch you can switch over completely to Blasters.
