A Catch 22

I have an issue with stretching that is drive me crazy. In order for me to engage my ligaments I need to pull pretty hard which causes some dark spotting on the penis head. I have been Penis Enlargement’n for the past months with some lighter stretching but without any gains. This month decided to increase the tension ( I could feel the difference) by using my second hand but now it’s causing the spotting. Any advice would be grateful!

Wow... That's weird.. I just saw Catch 22 for the first time last night.

Great movie, but too many strange coincidences recently for me..

I also have some problems with the gripping part. I often get sore and have some spotting, but after a while i usually find a decent interval where my penis gets enough rest between sessions. For me it's a little over 24 hours, so i start out doing my excercises early in the day, and then move them up a bit each rest period until i take my 1-2 day break.

Since I gained 1.5 cm(lenght)and some serious girth in little over month and a half using nothing but stretching, straight down moustly, i can give you some advice. First those bruses are normal and they will fade in 24 hours or less, dont be to aggressive when pulling, slowly pull, then hold and then increase power. Duration and power are the key, but let the penis get use to it. Also i recommend doing jelging every night, that will only help, 20 minutes before bed.
When it becomes a habit you will do it without even thinking about and grow, if you trained yourself properly.

Also i would like to add something, about stretching, since i love to do it now i get use to it , but since i dont have much privacy i had to invent new way of stretching but without taking my pants off, this is what i do, i unzip the pants put my hand down grab him by the head, like im gonna do a real stretch, and then i put my thumb in middle of my shaft and strech down using force of my thumb, it looks like letter V so try it, it works rofl .

I was going to say the same thing. There is always some sort of negative to a positive but gaining in penis size is very worth the battle scars.
